me minus meds

for the first time in over ten years, i'm entirely off medication (well...with the exception of ambien cr. insomnia is horrible and painful, and i refuse to deal without meds). i've been treated for depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder and have taken pretty much every prescription under the sun. i want to take this opportunity to know what i'm 'really' like, since i seem to have forgotten. so far i'm a mixed bag of emotions, and i'm not sure of what the end result will be (back to meds?) but i'm trying! i'd think i'd rather be un-medicated. raw. true. honest. brutal. moody. mean.
